I have used this app for about 190 nights now and I enjoy the graphs and data it offers you. I never really had problems getting up in the morning like some people so the variable alarm time didnt drastically change my morning well-being like I hear it does for some folks. Sometimes when I wake up I feel like Im trapped - if I make any slight movement it will go off and I will have to get up...
At best for me this app is a nice alarm with many more features than Apples app with some nice default alarm sounds. The data is cool to see but doesnt really give me useful data that I can use to change my habits. Still, for the price it is at the very least a fun experiment to test on yourself, maybe to learn a bit about what helps your nights go by easier. I will continue to use this app every night when I can. Other reviews mention some needed features such as napping accommodations and the ability to edit notes (when Im tired I tend to forget to click them all) and maybe a "continuing the last night" command in case you only used the alarm to get up for a moment before sleeping some more.
